Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday–Friday.

Processing times depend on whether the item is in stock or pre-order.

In-Stock Items

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Pre-Order Items

Some items are available through pre-order.

Pre-orders allow us to secure inventory directly from our vendor before items arrive.

Pre-order schedule:

• Pre-order payments must be completed by the 15th of each month.
• All pre-orders are submitted to our vendor on the 15th of each month.
• Orders placed after the 15th will be processed with the next monthly vendor order.

Example:

Order placed March 5 → processed March 15
Order placed March 18 → processed April 15

After the vendor order is placed, estimated processing time is 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Tracking information will be sent once the item ships.


Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Typical delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Shipping times may vary depending on location.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at checkout for customers in the area.

If local pickup is selected:

• Customers will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.
• Pickup instructions will be provided after the order is confirmed.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

• carrier delays
• holidays
• weather conditions
• high order volume

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
