Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request assistance, email us with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order follow a separate processing timeline.
• Pre-orders are processed with our vendor on the 15th of each month.
• After the vendor order is placed, the estimated processing time is 2–4 weeks.
Because these items are ordered specifically for customers, pre-orders cannot be canceled once the vendor order has been submitted.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
